The technical realization of components and tools takes place on modern CAD/CAM workstations. The 3D visualization allows in-depth inspection before production starts. Functional and flow simulations fully support this creative process.
Highest precision takes centre stage in the production of tools. In this area, too, we rely on state-of-the-art technology. Our constantly renewed machine park with CAD/CAM/CNC connection ensures micro-precision in drilling, milling, turning, grinding as well as wire and sink EDM.
One of our core competencies is the development and construction of automated production lines, e.g. for SMT leadframe processing as well as for integrated stamping and bending processes. The maintenance of the systems and tools is carried out by our own qualified service personnel.
High-performance, fully automatic injection moulding machines and special equipment developed in-house ensure fast order processing even for large batches in the billions of pieces range. Innovative technologies such as thin-wall injection moulding and metal-plastic hybrid technology are strengths that you can rely on.
Together with our customers, we develop economical solutions for the processing of endless carrier belts. With our reel-to-reel/reel-to-strip technology, single or multiple overmoulded, we also ensure economic production of partially overmoulded stamped and bent parts, even with the largest quantities.
All production steps are consistently safeguarded by process monitoring. Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art technologies in quality control and the constant training of our specialists, we constantly improve all development and production processes.
