DEUTSCHE TECHNOPLAST GmbH – hereinafter referred to as DEUTSCHE TECHNOPLAST GmbH – provides you as a whistleblower with a secure reporting channel. According to the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), this term refers to a system that enables you to submit confidential and anonymous reports. In this context, confidentiality means that “a reporting channel is designed, established, and operated in such a secure way that the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and of any third parties mentioned in the report is preserved.” The confidentiality of a whistleblower must be guaranteed, and they must not suffer any reprisals, discrimination, or disadvantages as a result of their report.

Employees and other interested parties can report incidents or violations confidentially without fear of repercussions. To protect both you and your information, reports are forwarded to an external, secure platform. Your identity and personal data will not be collected or stored in connection with your report unless you explicitly consent to it. The contents of your confidential message are anonymized by the whistleblower platform vertraulichmelden.de before being forwarded to Deutsche Technoplast GmbH. Under no circumstances will any information about your identity be shared.
